I'm an ACSM Exercise Physiologist, strength coach, and endurance coach with more than 14 years of experience helping people move better, get stronger, and achieve goals that once felt out of reach.
Whether that's:
Your first 5k
recovering after physical therapy
losing weight
running your first marathon
planning logistics/preparing for an ultramarthon
my approach is always the same:
Meet you where you are. Build a plan around your life. Progress one step at a time.
My Approach
Over the past 14 years, I've worked with a wide range of clients—from people stepping into a gym for the first time to runners preparing for marathons and ultramarathons. My coaching philosophy is built on meeting people where they are, creating realistic plans, and helping them build habits they can sustain long after they've reached their initial goal.

Beyond Coaching
Running has been a part of my life for years. I've completed the New York City and Chicago Marathons, numerous ultramarathons, and continue to enjoy exploring trails and parks whenever I can. My work at a local running specialty store also allows me to stay current on footwear, gear, and nutrition while staying connected to the local running community.
