Billy Jenkins received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Central Connecticut State University in 2012 and has 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked in various gym settings and has experience with a wide variety of clients, including:
- Beginners just getting started on their fitness journey
- Experienced athletes looking to gain an edge
- Runners looking to achieve speed or distance goals
- Individuals recovering from injuries
- Those looking to maintain or improve balance and mobility
Outside of training, Billy is an avid runner. Notably, he has run the New York and Chicago marathons, and countless ultramarathons. He also enjoys traveling and exploring state and national parks.
